Purana – The Universal 108 (new to be staged)

In the making…

1.  We back in 2001 KNS seniors learnt the 108 Karanas.  For Nancy’s arangetram she incorporated all the 108 Karanas in one item
2. 2009 at the Natya Conference the Sishyas put together all the 108 Karanas for the popular padham ‘Aadum Chidambarama’
3. When ‘Breathless’ was getting popular, we used that music to have 108 adavus – 14 categories with 8 variations in each –and won acclaimed awards
4. The next 108 is in the making – 108 different names of Christ!
