45. Poses – Logo Contest
When Rani was a student one of the poses she best liked was VRISICKA. So she used this as KNS Logo. She noticed that this is something everyone tries but it is not practiced correctly. The arm should rest closer to the shoulder. Plus aramandi.
In the 90s Shirani (Immanuel) Rajan best captured it. Her portrait was used to carve the Kalaaksharam entrance door. 2011 a contest was held. Aarthi Prem won and it was her portrait that was sculptured in the form of a ‘kuja’ a decorative design.

Poses practiced as a Stretch and Warm-up (in Alphabetical Order) These poses are labelled after years and years of study and practical research by Guru Ranidevi. This is the best Yoga one can practice! From time to time these are incorporated in dances. If anyone wishes to get photo or video, please contact her. You can also come take classes either in Maryland or in South India for a first hand tutoring. nurtureindia@yahoo.com Whatsapp 301-537-2916.
