For decades I refrained from anyone videotaping our items or posting on youtube –  for fear of plagiarism, for fear of hate comments.  Why viral now…? When I was zeroed down in life – I clung to this passion of my life. Neither did I go for fame nor money. I stuck to the principles and nuances as specified in Natyashastra. I did not, I could not deviate from its values.  I have only enhanced the art form through creativity.  I would like to make this statement to the world.  I came with no genealogy and I know not who will carry my mantle.  As I am nearing my end and wish to ‘give-give-give’ till I die, I do not want to hold back the creativity in this journey.   — Guru Ranidevi
